Shelby bowl was opened in 1954 by Indiana Central Collage. In 1965 it was leased by William M. Stone Jr., and his Father William M. "Mike" Stone Sr., until 1976. In 1979 Bill Jr. (Stoney) purchased the center from ICC, and the rest is history. Shelby Bowl has been family owned and operated by William, and Sandra Stone ever since. Along with a little help from the family, Brandon, Angie, Matt, Zach, and Cassie, it has consistently been a staple in the University Heights area . With other Bowling centers mere miles away, Shelby Bowl has proven it can stand the test of time. We would like to thank all of our loyal customers over the years, and welcome new friends anytime.
